Coffee	Coffee capsules & Coffee Beans are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
Machines & Accessories	Exchange within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, undamaged, original packaging, with invoice. Latent defects must be returned within 14 days with invoice. Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
