  • 150 ml Creamy Vanilla Milk (or Barista-Grade Oat Milk)
  • 50 ml Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
  • 50 ml Lightly Whipped Cream
  • 100 ml Double Espresso
  • Ground Cinnamon for Garnish

PREPARATION

  • Mix the creamy vanilla milk with the blood orange juice until well combined
  • Pour 50 ml of the mixture into a glass as the base layer
  • Whip the cream until slightly thickened and carefully pour it over the back of a spoon onto the first layer
  • Brew a double espresso and pour it slowly into the glass to create the third layer
  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for garnish
