- 50 ml Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
- 50 ml Lightly Whipped Cream
- 100 ml Double Espresso
- Ground Cinnamon for Garnish

PREPARATION
- Mix the creamy vanilla milk with the blood orange juice until well combined
- Pour 50 ml of the mixture into a glass as the base layer
- Whip the cream until slightly thickened and carefully pour it over the back of a spoon onto the first layer
- Brew a double espresso and pour it slowly into the glass to create the third layer
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for garnish
