Here is what you need

Ingredients

  • 200 g Coarsely Ground Coffee (Light Roast, e.g., Crema)
  • 1000 ml Cold, Filtered Water

Equipment

  • French Press or Large Jug
  • Coffee Filter
  • Foil for Covering

Why Cold Brew?

Cold brew isn’t just iced coffee. Brewing with cold water for 12 hours results in a smooth coffee with 70% less acidity and bitterness. Its rich fruity notes and depth of flavor make the waiting time worth it.

PREPARATION

  • Add the coarsely ground coffee to a large container or French press. A light roast coffee works best for fruity notes
  • Pour in cold, filtered water and stir well
  • Cover the container and let it rest at room temperature for at least 12 hours
  • Strain the coffee concentrate through a coffee filter into a second container, or use the French press to filter it
  • If the concentrate is too strong, dilute with ice cubes or water to taste

⭐ TIP: For a longer sparkling evening, pair the Cold Brew Tonic with your favorite botanical blend to complement the fruity notes of the coffee.
