  • 40 g Brown Sugar
  • 20 ml Espresso Syrup (see preparation below)
  • 120 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Peel of Half an Orange
  • Chilled Cream
  • Nutmeg (for garnish)

PREPARATION

Espresso Syrup

  • Brew the Café Royal Vanilla coffee and mix it with brown sugar
  • Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. For a smoother syrup, heat the mixture gently on the stove

Christmas Punch

  • In a saucepan, combine the espresso syrup, cranberry juice, cloves, cinnamon stick, and orange peel
  • Simmer the mixture over low to medium heat for 10 minutes, allowing the spices to release their flavors
  • Strain the liquid through a sieve into a warm punch glass or cup
  • Beat the cream using a cocktail shaker or whisk for 30 seconds until slightly thickened. Carefully layer it on top of the punch
  • Garnish with grated nutmeg over the cream
