- 40 g Brown Sugar

- 120 ml Cranberry Juice
- 4 Cloves

- Chilled Cream
- Nutmeg (for garnish)

- Brew the Café Royal Vanilla coffee and mix it with brown sugar
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. For a smoother syrup, heat the mixture gently on the stove
Christmas Punch
- In a saucepan, combine the espresso syrup, cranberry juice, cloves, cinnamon stick, and orange peel
- Simmer the mixture over low to medium heat for 10 minutes, allowing the spices to release their flavors
- Strain the liquid through a sieve into a warm punch glass or cup
- Beat the cream using a cocktail shaker or whisk for 30 seconds until slightly thickened. Carefully layer it on top of the punch
- Garnish with grated nutmeg over the cream
