Here is what you need

Ingredients

  • 3 Ice Cubes or Cooling Stones
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Syrup
  • 1 Capsule Café Royal Amaretti (Espresso)
  • 30 ml Cold Whole Milk
  • 1 Amaretti Biscuit (optional)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)

 

Equipment

  • Coffee Machine
  • Tall Coffee Glass

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease the baking pan
  • Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add butter and a shot of coffee, then mix with a hand mixer
  • Press ¾ of the dough into the springform pan lightly
  • Cut the apples into thin slices and layer them on the dough. Sprinkle the remaining dough over the apples
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the eggs, cream, yogurt, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt
  • Remove the cake, spread the egg mixture over it, and bake for another 20 minutes
  • For the crumbles, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter and knead into crumbs
  • Take the cake out, sprinkle the crumbles on top, and bake for the final 20 minutes
  • Let it cool for 10–15 minutes or serve it warm

⭐ TIP: For an extra indulgent touch, chill your glass beforehand and dust a little cinnamon over the drink before serving.
